What the hell is it with people with laptop's and other people?

Some people have a laptop and don't let people use it and they get stropy and anoyed and it realy anoys me when people do that. So why don't they bye them selves a laptop and not let people ues that and only use it them selves?

What is the thing with TORISTS in Cornwall

TORISTS in Cornwall are so slow on the roads and walk at the pace of a snail in the street's and it just anoys me and my family how live in Cornwall and most of the time we can drive and be on time for things But in the summer we might be late or get stuck behind a TORIST and be even later. (Because they Drive at the pace of a snail all the time)
